(Atrocity) & Additional Sessions Judge, Rajkot in Special

(Atrocity) Case No.32 of 2018, wherein, the applicant -

accused has been acquitted by the learned trial Court for the

offenced levelled against her. Learned APP further submits

that in view of the aforesaid order, the present application

become infructious.

In view of the above, this application stands disposed of

as having become infructuous. Interim relief granted earlier
