Learned advocate appearing for the applicant states that the common oral judgment dated 18.07.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge has been complied with however, has requested to issue appropriate direction to the respondent Authority to disburse the amount to the applicant.

In view of compliance of the judgment dated 18.07.2022, nothing survives in the present application. Hence, present application is disposed of accordingly. However, the respondent Authority shall disburse the amount to the applicant on or before 13.01.2023. Notice is hereby discharged.
