judgment where delay has been caused, this Court has accepted the

application filed by the State Authorities under Section 5 of the

Limitation Act. Sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay of

194 days in preferring Letters Patent Appeal. Accordingly, the

application for condonation of delay is allowed and stands disposed
