Mr. Dhruv Thakkar, learned advocate for Mr. Jayraj Chauhan, learned advocate for the respondents Nos. 1 and 2, who are the original defendants in the suit, produces a simple copy of judgment and decree passed by Principal Senior Civil Judge, Navsari dated 08.03.2022, whereby the Special Civil Suit No. 46 of 2011 has come to be dismissed. The simple copy of the said judgment and decree is taken on record.

This Special Civil Application is filed challenging the order passed below Exhibit-154 in Special Civil Suit No. 46 of 2011, which has already been dismissed.

In view thereof, this petition stands disposed of as it has become infructuous. Notice is discharged.
