Heard Mr.R.C.Kodekar, learned APP for the applicant-State of Gujarat.

By this application, the applicant-State of Gujarat seeks permission to leave to file appeal against the judgment and order dated 13.10.2021, passed by the learned 3 rd Additional District Judge, Gir Somnath in ACB Case No. 04 of 2006.

Taking into consideration the arguments advanced by the learned APP and considering the averments made in this application, the matter is required to be allowed. Accordingly, the application for leave to appeal is granted.
