IN CRIMINAL MISC. APPLICATION NO. 4577 OF 2020:

Heard learned APP for the applicant-State. By this application, the applicant-State seeks permission to leave to file appeal against the judgment and order dated 31.08.2019 passed by learned Special Judge, 2nd Additional (adhoc) Sessions Judge, Navsari in Special ACB Case No. 5 of 2011acquitting the present opponent.

Taking into consideration the the arguments advanced by the learned APP for the applicant and considering the avements made in this application, present application requires to be allowed. Accordingly, the application for leave to appeal is granted.
