Heard learned advocate Mr.Masoom K. Shah for the petitioners.

Learned advocate Mr.Shah, under instructions, seeks permission to withdraw these petitions so as to enable the petitioners to avail remedy under the provisions of Section 102 of the Gujarat State Co- operative Societies Act, 1961 so as to challenge the judgment and decree dated 31.12.2020 in Summary Suit Nos.49 of 2020 and 50 of 2020 passed by the Board of Nominees, Valsad as well as the order dated 03.11.2021 passed in the Restoration Application No.1 of 2021 in Summary Suit Nos.49 of 2020 and 50 of 2020 before the Gujarat State Co-operative Tribunal in accordance with law.

Permission is granted. Without entering into merits of the matters, the petitions are disposed of as withdrawn at this stage.
