1. Heard Ms. Alka Vaniya, learned advocate for the applicants.

2. This application is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act praying for condonation of delay of 1 day caused in preferring the aforesaid revision application.

3. Considering the fact that against the very impugned judgment and order passed by the Family Court, the respondent - husband has already preferred Criminal Revision Application No.98 of 2021 before this Court, wherein notice is issued, even without issuing notice in this delay condonation application, I deem it fit to

condone the same as there is a delay of only 1 day caused in preferring the aforesaid revision application.

4. Hence, this application is allowed and the delay of 1 day caused in preferring the aforesaid revision application is condoned.
