05.09.2025 Heard Mr. D. Gogoi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P. K. Borah, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent/contemnor. Also heard Mr. Deori, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No. 1 and Mr. A. Chaliha, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No. 3.

Mr. Borah, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No. 2 submits that one review petition has been preferred against the judgment and order of this Court in WP(C) No. 3635/2007, and the same is yet to be listed; and accordingly, he prays for listing the matter after 2 (two) weeks.

Accordingly, it is provided that Registry shall list this matter along with the review petition, being Review Petition No. 101/2025; before the concerned Court, as soon as practicable.
