Heard Mr. G. Kaushik, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. R.R. Kaushik, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the State respondent.

This application has been filed by the appellant as applicant praying for condonation of delay of 115 days in preferring the connected appeal challenging the judgment dated 03.12.2024, passed by the learned Additional CJM, Tinsukia in CR Case No. 70/2013.

Issue notice.

As the respondent No.1 is represented by the learned Addl. PP, no formal notice need be issued. However, applicant shall serve extra copies during the course of the day.

The applicant shall also take steps for service of notice on the respondent No.2 by Registered post with A/D as well as by usual process within one week from today.
