Heard Mr. S.K Saha, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. H. Baruah, learned Standing counsel for the Finance department.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of this writ petition is covered by the judgment & order dated 19.09.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No. 3585/2024. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 3 & 4 submits that the said order has been carried in appeal and final adjudication in the matter is awaited.

In such view of the matter, list this matter after 6(six) weeks whereupon, the learned counsel shall inform the outcome of the writ appeal, if any.
