416/2023.

Having heard the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties, it is provided that Mr. Das, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor shall obtain necessary instruction as to whether any confiscation proceeding so initiated by the State authority, pursuant to the confiscation order passed by the learned trial Court in Special (Wildlife) Case No. 11/2022.
