The present criminal appeal is preferred under section 374(2) of the Cr.P.C, read with section of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 assailing Page No.# 2/2

the judgment dated 19.06.2014 passed by the learned Special Judge, Assam in Special Case No.1/2010 under section 7 of the PC Act.

In the aforesaid backdrop and as per the extent norms, the informant is not a necessary party in this appeal.

Accordingly, the matter is ready as regards service.
