Heard Mr. R. Borpujari, learned counsel appearing for the Finance department, Mr. B. Choudhury, learned counsel appears for the PWD and Ms. Tinlung, learned counsel appears on behalf of Mr. R.K. Talukdar, learned counsel for the respondent No.3.

As per the last order, it is submitted that an SLP has been preferred against the judgment and order rendered by the appellate Court of Gauhati High Court in WA 45/2014 (State of Assam Vs. Upen Das & Ors).

The counsel was required to apprise the Court about the status of the matter. It is submitted by Mr. R. Borpujari, learned counsel that the matter is still pending before the Apex Court, therefore, none appears for the petitioner.
