Heard Mr. S.C. Biswas, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K.K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam/respondent No. 1.

This is an application under section 397 read with section 401 of Cr.P.C. for Page No.# 2/2

setting aside and quashing the impugned Judgment and order dated 12.01.2023, passed by the learned Judicial Principal Judge, Family Court, Nalbari in F.C. (Crl) Case No.764/2019.

Issue notice to the respondents by registered post with AD as well as by other usual process, returnable within two (2) weeks. Call for the scanned copy of the LCR.

List the matter after 4(four) weeks on a date to be fixed by the Registry. Till the next returnable date, further execution of the impugned Judgment and order dated 12.01.2023, passed by the learned Judicial Principal Judge, Family Court, Nalbari in F.C. (Crl) Case No.764/2019 be stayed.
