Mr. M. Sarania, learned counsel for the accused-petitioner has submitted that the trial of Sessions Case no. 05/2021, arising out of Dillai Case no. 05/2020 and G.R. Case no. 40/2020, got concluded by a judgment and order dated 17.07.2023 resulting in acquittal of the accused-petitioner from the charges framed against him. In such view of the matter, Mr. Sarania has submitted that the instant interlocutory application has become infructuous.
