Heard Mr. S.K. Deori, learned counsel for the appellant, who submits that the judgment dated 17.02.2022 passed by the Court of the Sessions Judge, Karbi Anglong, Diphu in Sessions Case No.77/2009 (old) / Sessions Case Page No.# 2/2

No.253/2017 (new), by which the appellant has been convicted under Section 302 IPC should be set aside.

Admit the appeal.
