Choudhury, learned counsel for the appellant, who submits that the judgment dated 25.04.2023 passed by the Court of the Special Judge (POCSO), Sonitpur, Tezpur in Special (POCSO) Case No. 27/2020, by which the appellant has been convicted under Section 4(2) of the POCSO Act should be Page No.# 2/2

set aside.

Admit the appeal.

Call for the LCR.

Issue Notice returnable in 4 (four) weeks.
