Heard Mr. AP Singh, the learned counsel for the appellant.
This Court vide the order dated 21.08.2019 had admitted the instant appeal and had called for the record.
It appears from the office note that the LCR has not been received. This Court fixed the matter for final disposal on 15.11.2022.

The Registry is directed to forthwith call for the records from the Court of the learned Civil Judge no.2, Guwahati. It infact surprises this Court as to why it has taken more than 3 years for the records to come from the court of the learned Civil Judge No.2, Guwahati.
The Registry shall make necessary enquiry in that regard and submit a report.
The learned counsel for the respondent submits that there is also another RFA directed against the same judgment and decree dated 12.06.2019 passed in Title Suit No.205/2014 which has been registered as RFA No.111/2019.
The said RFA be listed along with the instant appeal on 15.11.2022.
