23.11.2022 Heard Mr K D Chetri, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner. As per the report of the Lawazima Court dated 16.11.2022, it is reported that as the notice in respect of the sole respondent has been delivered on 29.08.2022, so notice has been deemed to be served on the respondent, but none has appeared for the respondent.

It appears that in the petition, inadvertently, the complaint case number has been wrongly typed as "23542c/2015", instead of "2342c/2015" and the date of Judgment has also been Page No.# 2/2

wrongly mentioned as "21.12.2022", in place of "21.12.2021".

Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to correct the same by hand, in presence of the Registry.

List the matter accordingly, after one week.
