18.11.2022 Heard Mr B Chanda, learned counsel for the appellant. This is an appeal filed under Section 378 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, against the Judgment and Order dated 12.01.2022, passed by the learned JMFC, Hojai, Assam, in NI Act Case No. 33/2017, whereby, the learned Magistrate had acquitted the respondent under Section 138 of the NI Act.
