Heard Ms. L. Wajeeda, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Also heard Mr. K.K. Bhattacherjee, learned Junior Government Advocate, Assam who agrees to represent the respondent Nos. 1 to 5.

By this application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, the applicant has prayed for condonation of delay of 3 days in preferring the connected appeal against the impugned judgment and decree dated 06.1.2014 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Morigaon in Title Suit No. 1/2011 dismissing the suit of the plaintiff.

After hearing the learned counsel for both sides and considering the grounds cited in Paragaph Nos. 3 and 4 of the application, the delay of 3 days in preferring the connected appeal is hereby allowed.

Registry to register the accompanying appeal and list the same.

The I.A. stands disposed of.
