Heard Mr. M. U. Mahmud, learned counsel for the appellant in I.A.

(Crl.) No.442/2022. Also heard Mr. I. U. Choudhury, learned counsel for

the appellant in Crl. Appeal No.216/2022, which matter has been listed

for the first time before this Court.

Ms. S. Jahan, learned Addl. P.P., Assam submits that since both the

matters arise out of the common judgment, the State be granted at least

a week's time to file objection in I.A.(Crl.) No.506/2022 arising out of Crl.

Page No.# 3/3

Appeal No.216/2022. The prayer appears to be reasonable and is hereby

allowed.

However, since Mr. Mahmud has expressed urgency in the matter,

both these matters are directed to be listed as fixed items again on

29.11.2022.

Registry to tag the objection, if any, filed by the State in I.A.(Crl.)

No.506/2022 arising out of Crl. Appeal No.216/2022.
