Heard Mr. G. Uddin, learned counsel for the appellant.

Also heard Ms. S. Jahan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, who submits that a criminal appeal, being Crl.A.(J)/34/2021, preferred by the co- accused, namely, Swmkur Mochahari, is pending before this Court, but the said appeal has not been listed today.

Since both the cases arise out of the common judgment & order, there is no dispute at the Bar that the aforesaid appeals would have to be heard together.

In view of the above, Registry to list this matter along with Crl. A. (J)/34/2021 after 10 (ten) days.
