Heard Mr. R. Goswami, learned counsel for the appellant.

By this Interlocutory Application, the applicant has prayed for stay of operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 05.03.2018 passed by the learned Commissioner for Employee's Compensation, Sonitpur in EC Case No. 24/2010.

Upon hearing the learned counsel for the appellant and the grounds cited in the application, the impugned judgment and award dated 15.03.2018 passed by the learned Commissioner for Employee's Compensation, Sonitpur in EC Case No. 24/2010 is hereby stayed till disposal of the connected appeal.
