Heard Ms. M. Choudhury, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant who submits that she would take necessary instructions into the matter taking into account that the judgment of the Supreme Court rendered in the case of National Insurance Company Ltd. Vs. Pranay Sethi and Others reported in (2017) 16 SCC 680 as well as the judgment of the Supreme Court rendered in the case of Magma General Insurance Company Ltd. Vs. Nanu Ram and Others reported in (2018) 18 SCC 130 whereby the Supreme Court had

awarded parental consortium which have not been awarded in the instant case.
