As the revision is admitted, the petitioner is allowed to remain on previous bail, till disposal of the revision petition and the judgment and order dated 25.07.2018, passed by the learned Page No.# 2/2

CJM, Karimganj, in G.R. Case No.909/2007, convicting the accused/ petitioner under Section 324/34 of the IPC, to undergo R.I. for 3 years and to pay a fine of Rs.10,000/- in default to undergo further R.I. for thirty days, which was upheld by the learned Sessions Judge, Karimganj, in Criminal Appeal No.39/2018, vide order dated 02.02.2022 and execution of the aforesaid order is hereby stayed.

The I.A. stands disposed of.
