Heard Mr. A. Ganguly, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Mr. B. Sarma, learned Addl. P.P., Assam appearing for the State respondent.
By this application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 the applicant has prayed for condonation of delay of 150 days in filing the connected Criminal Appeal under Section 374(2) Cr.P.C. challenging the legality and correctness of the Judgment and Order, dated 23.11.2021, passed in POCSO Case No. 40/2019, by the learned Special Judge (POCSO Act), Karbi Page No.# 2/2
Anglong, Diphu.
