By this application under Order 41 rule 5 of the CPC, the appellants have prayed for stay of the Judgment and Order dated 18.08.2022 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Nagaon in Title Appeal No.8/2018 affirming the Judgment and Decree, dated 19.12.2017 passed by the learned Munsiff No.2 , Nagaon in Title Suit No. 70/2014.

Issue notice to the opposite parties.

The applicants shall take steps for service of notice upon the opposite parties by registered post with A/D post as well as through usual process within 10 days. Till the returnable date, further proceeding of the Judgment and Order dated 18.08.2022 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Nagaon in Title Appeal No.8/2018 affirming the Judgment and Decree, dated 19.12.2017 passed by the learned Munsiff No.2 , Nagaon in Title Suit No. 70/2014 is hereby stayed.

In case of failure of the applicants to take steps within the above specified period, the stay order shall automatically stand vacated. List the matter after 5(five) weeks.
