This appeal is directed against the judgment dated 02-03-2022 passed by the

learned Sessions Judge, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati in Sessions Case No. 108/2014 whereby

the sole appellant has been convicted under Section 302/201/364 IPC and inter alia

sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life and also to pay fine with default

stipulation.

We have perused the impugned judgment and heard the submission made by Mr.

N.N. Upadhyaya, learned counsel for the appellant.

Admit the appeal.

Since Ms. B. Bhuyan, learned Addl. P.P. Assam has appeared on behalf of the State,

no formal notice is required to be sent in this case.
