1. Petitioner seeks a direction to the Tribunal to expeditiously dispose of the Original Application filed by the Petitioners.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Respondents were served in the Original Application in January, 2022 and till date they have not filed reply to the Original Application.

3. Issue notice.

4. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for the Respondents.

5. Learned counsel for the Respondents submits that she has not been able to take instructions as to whether reply has been filed or not. However, she assures the Court that if reply has not already been filed, same shall be filed within four weeks on the record of the Tribunal.

6. Statement is taken on record.

7. Petition and the application filed herewith are disposed of directing the Respondents to file reply to the Original Application on the record of the Tribunal within four weeks. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within four weeks thereafter.

8. Tribunal is requested to expedite the proceedings and endeavour to conclude the same expeditiously.
