1. Vide the present writ petition, petitioners seeks grant of notional monetary benefits in replacement pay scale to the petitioners w.e.f. 01.01.1996 to 10.10.1997, as per ranks held by the petitioners as on 01.01.1996 as per the judgement dated 13.07.2022 passed by this Court in the Civil Writ Petition bearing no. 862 of 2021; release of the said amount (to be calculated individually by the respondents) in favour of the petitioners with appropriate rate of interest along with other consequential benefits.
2. A perusal of aforementioned judgment dated 13.07.2022 shows that similar and the same issue came before this Court in W.P.(C) 6359/2021 which was disposed of vide the said judgment directing the respondents as under :

"13. At this stage, the learned counsel for the CRPF submits that such a proposal has already been sent by the CRPF to the Ministry of Home Affairs, however, till date, the same has not been sent by the ITBP. Therefore, the respondents in W.P.(C) 11259/2021 & W.P.(C) 6359/2021 are directed to send similar proposal for personnel belonging to ITBP to Ministry of Home Affairs within four weeks from today. On receipt of the same, the Ministry of Home Affairs is directed to take final decision on the said proposal of the ITBP alongwith the already pending proposal of the CRPF within six weeks and communicate the same to both ITBP and CRPF within one week thereafter."
3. Accordingly, we hereby make it clear that the benefit, if any, is granted by the decision of the respondents to the petitioners therein, the same shall be applied to the petitioners herein.
4. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of.
