1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks appointment of a third member of the Arbitral Tribunal. Petitioner has appointed Mr. Manish Gupta as their nominee Arbitrator and Mr. Sudhir Bisla, Advocate is the nominee Arbitrator appointed by the respondent.

2. Without prejudice to the rights and contentions, learned counsels for the parties are agreeable that the third member be appointed by this Court.

3. Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, Mr. Satyakam, Advocate (Mobile # +91 96432 38429) is appointed as the third member of the Tribunal to act as the presiding arbitrator.

4. The Tribunal shall be paid fee as per the Fourth Schedule of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
