1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):-
"10.1 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be
pleased to allow the petition by allowing the
petition and directing the respondents to decide
the representations Annexure P/7 to Annexure P/9
within stipulated period, so that the petitioners
who are working in initial grade from the date of
appointment can get promotion before retirement
with all consequential and monetary benefit.
10.2 Costs of the petition be awarded and
10.3 Any other relief or direction which the
Hon'ble Court may deems fit, be also awarded."
2. Mr. Kushwaha would submit that the petitioners were appointed as Junior
Technical Assistants in pay scale of Rs. 3050-75-3950-80-4590 vide order
dated 15.04.2008. He would submit that the respondent No. 2 wrote a letter
to the respondent No. 1 for amendment of promotion rules and to create
promotional avenue. He would submit that the letters sent by respondent No.
2 in this regard are still pending consideration before respondent No. 1, and
till date no decision has been taken. It is also argued that the petitioners made
representations before respondents Nos. 1 to 3 on 01.07.2010, 02.07.2016
and 18.08.2017, but till date no decision has been taken.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for State would oppose.

5. In the prayer clause, the petitioner has sought direction to respondents No. 1
to 3 to decide the pending representation/s within stipulated time, therefore,
this petition, at this juncture, is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the
petitioners to make representation/s before respondents No. 1 to 3, and in
turn, the said authorities are directed to decide the representation/s so made
by the petitioners, preferably, within a period of 120 days from its receipt.
6. With the aforesaid observation(s), and direction(s), the instant petition is
hereby disposed of.
