1. Heard Mr. M.V.Paranjpe, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Mr.

Kabeer Kalwani, learned counsel for the petitioner {in WPCr No.

59/2025}, Mr. Ishwar Jaiswal, learned counsel for the petitioner {in

WPCr No. 69/2025}. Also heard Mr. Soumya Rai, learned Deputy

Government Advocate for the State/respondents No. 1 and 2 and Mr.

S.R.J.Jaiswal, learned counsel for the respondent No. 3.

2. The petitioner {in WPCr No. 59/2025} has prayed for the following

relief(s):

"1] That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions quashing the impugned F.I.R. bearing No. 0013/2025 registered at Police Station Bankimongra, Korba, District Korba on 17.01.2025 for the incident occurred on 27.04.2024 and registered on the instance of the respondent No. 3/complainant for the offences punishable under Section 451, 166, 342, 384, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, in pursuance of the order passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Katghora, Korba dated 03.01.2025 passed in Unregistered Complaint Case/2025 in the matter of Ramlal Chouhan v. Hetram Sahu & 1 Other.

2] That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to and the order dated issue a writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions 03.01.2025 passed in Unregistered Complaint Case/2025 in the matter of Ramlal Chouhan v. Hetram Sahu & 1 Other by Chief Judicial Magistrate Katghora, Korba may also kindly be set-aside.

3) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, which it deems fit and proper."

3. The petitioner {in WPCr No. 69/2025} has prayed for the following

relief(s):

"10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/ writs/order/ orders/ direction/ directions quashing the impugned FIR bearing Crime No.0013/2025 dated 17-01-2025 registered against the petitioner for the offence under Section 451, 166, 342, 384, 506 read with Section 34 of IPC.

102 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/ writs/order/ orders/ direction/directions and the impugned order dated 03-01-2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Katghora, District Korba (CG) in unregistered complaint case No/2025 pertaining to the petitioner may also be kindly quash/set-aside.

10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate."

4. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner(s) submit that

after due investigation, the police has filed its closure report and as such,

nothing survives in these petitions for adjudication. It is further submitted

that the complainant has already filed his objection to the closure report

before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned and the matter is

fixed for hearing on 12.05.2026.

5. Learned counsel appearing for other side do not controvert the above

submission.

6. In view of the above, as the closure report has been filed by the police

and the complainant has also filed his objection which is pending

consideration before the learned Magistrate concerned, nothing survives

in these petitions for adjudication and as such, they are disposed of.
