                          10/03/2025        Heard Mr. Ajay Ayachi, learned counsel for the

                                       petitioner as well as Mr. Shaleen Singh Baghel, learned

                                       Deputy Government Advocate, appearing for the

                                       State/respondents.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that

there were two cases pending under the Narcotics

Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, in

which the trial was pending. Insofar as Crime No.299 of

2021 which is registered at Police Station Gourela,

District Gourela-Pendra-Marwahi is concerned, the trial

has concluded and the case is fixed for judgment on

11.03.2025. Insofar as Crime No.457 of 2021 registered

in the same Police Station Gourela, District Gourela-

Pendra-Marwahi is concerned, out of 17 witnesses,

statement of only 6 witnesses have been recorded and

statements of rest of the witnesses are yet to be

recorded.

I.A. No.01/2025, an application for grant of interim

relief is hereby rejected looking to the antecedent of the

petitioner in the present case.

In that view of the matter, let the case be listed

again on 07.04.2025.
