The present appeal was filed way back on 19.05.2023 but the

same has not yet been formally admitted, though paper book has

already been prepared.

The appeal is admitted for hearing.

An application has also been filed on 05.03.2025 being IA No.

1/2025, for suspension of sentence and grant of bail to the

appellant.

With the consent of learned counsel appearing for the parties,

as the appellant is in jail since 28.12.2020, the matter is heard

finally.
