In compliance of this Court's order dated 14.07.2025, learned State counsel, upon verification, submits that the factum of death of appellant No.1- Smt. Kunti in CRA-715- 2018 is true.

Accordingly, CRA-715-2018 stood abated as regards appellant No.1- Smt. Kunti and only remains sub judice qua appellant No.2- Rambichar.

Let the name of appellant No.1- Smt. Kunti be deleted from the cause-title of CRA-715-2018 during the course of the day.

With the consent of the parties both the appeals are heard finally.

Final judgment passed separately.
