1) By way of this petition, petitioner is only seeking a direction to the learned Fourth Upper District Judge, Durg (C.G.) to expedite the proceeding of MJC/Civil No.187/2021 which remains pending since year 2021.

3) Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by petitioner, this petition is disposed of directing the concerned Court below to make all endeavors to conclude the proceeding of pending MJC/Civil No.187/2021 expeditiously.

4) The interim order dated 21.9.2022 shall remain operative till the disposal of the case.

5) With the aforesaid direction(s), instant writ petition stands disposed of.
