Learned Counsel appearing through Legal Aid for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal as against the impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 04.10.2023 passed by Learned Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.S.C., Sakti, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) in Sessions Trial No. 25/2020 (presided by Yashvant Kumar Sarthi), another appeal being CRA No. 610/2024 has been iled by the appellant prior to the present appeal.
