                                 Order Sheet

                            WA No. 358 of 2022

Smt. Jayshree Marutkar & Others Versus State of Chhattisgarh & Others

08/09/2022 Heard Mr. Barun Chakraborty, learned counsel for the

appellants. Also heard Mr. Jitendra Pali, learned Deputy

Advocate General, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and

Mr. Animesh Tiwari, learned counsel, appearing for respondent

No.5.

In this appeal, notice was issued, returnable on

05.09.2022.

It, however, appears that there is an application for

condonation of delay, being I.A. No. 01 of 2022, for condoning

the delay of 05 days in preferring the connected appeal.

Mr. Pali and Mr. Tiwari submit that as against the

impugned judgment in this appeal, large number of appeals

have been preferred, they have no objection in condoning the

delay of 05 days.

Accordingly, delay is condoned. I.A. No. 01 of 2022 is disposed of.

List on 19.10.2022 along with WA No. 289 of 2022 and

connected cases.
