Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 11.11.2022

1. The issue raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition stands

squarely covered by the Judgment rendered by this Court in WP(C) No.

44/2021 and which has also been affirmed in Writ Appeal No. 31/2022. Both

of which have been decided in-terms-of a decision by the Hon'ble Supreme

Court in the case of Janabai Vs. Additional Commissioner and others,

reported in (2018) 18 SCC 196.

2. Accordingly, the present writ petition also deserves to be and is accordingly

dismissed.
