1. Heard on IA No. 01/2020 for condonation of delay in filing the petition.

2. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Delay of 475 days in filing the petition is condoned.

3. Also heard on admission.

4. Perused the impugned judgment of the Trial Court and statements of the witnesses.

5. The main accused persons in this case i.e. Sanjay Singh, husband of the complainant and Smt. Sunena Singh, mother-in-law of the complainant have been convicted by the Trial Court. Respondent No. 1 is father-in-law of the complainant, against him, I do not found any evidence with regard to the alleged offence and Respondent No. 2 is sister-in-law of the complainant, against whom only general allegations have been made.

6. Considering the totality of the case, I am of the view that it is not a case where leave should be granted.

7. Accordingly, this CRMP is dismissed at the motion stage itself.
