1. Cr.A.No.1642/2021 was filed against judgment of conviction passed

by the Sessions Judge, South Bastar, Dantewada, Distt. - Dantewada,

Chhattisgarh on 01/12/2022 by Shri Vikas A. Shrivatava, Advocate.

However, prior to this, Cr.A.No.1292/2021 has already been filed through

Legal Aid before this Court on 26/10/2021 by Shri Basant Dewangan,

Advocate.

2. In that view of the matter, Cr.A.No.1642/2021 has to be disposed off

being unnecessary. Shri Vikas A. Shrivastava, Advocate and his

associates are permitted to argue in Cr.A.No.1292/2021 with Shri Basant

Dewangan, Advocate. Name of Shri Vikas A. Shrivastava, Advocate be

shown in the cause list as counsel for the appellant subject to filing of his

memo of appearance.

3. Accordingly, Cr.A.No.1642/2021 stands disposed off and Cr.A.

No.1292/2021 be listed after two weeks.
