28/06/2022        This appeal is directed against an order dated 09.03.2022 passed by

              the learned Single Judge in WPS No.1574 of 2022, whereby the writ

              petition was allowed relying on a judgment in the case of Mamni Pradhan

              vs. SECL & Others (WPS No.4712 of 2018), decided by the Division

              Bench on 25.01.2022.

                  Mr. Sudhir Kumar Bajpai, learned counsel for the appellant submits

              that against the judgment rendered in Mamni Pradhan (supra), the

              appellants had approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court by filing SLP(C)

              Diary No. 17716/2022.       Mr. Bajpai prays for taking up this after four

              weeks.

                  Mr.    Chandresh      Shrivastava,    learned   counsel,   appearing   for

              respondent, is present.

On due consideration, Registry is directed to list this case after three

weeks as a fresh case.
