This application has been filed for disposal of Cr.M.P., in view of the
judgment dated 29.01.2022 passed in Special Sessions Case No.01 of 2021.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this
petition, the petitioner has been acquitted of the charges by the Court below vide
judgment dated 29.01.2022, therefore, nothing remains for adjudication in this
petition.
In view of the fact that the petitioner has been acquitted of the charges by
the court below, no further adjudication will be required to quash the FIR/charge
sheet and accordingly, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
Consequently, I.A.No.3 stands disposed of.
