2. The appeal preferred by the appellant­S. Sunil

i.e. CRA No.1502/2021 (S. Sunil vs. State of

CRA No. 1635 of 2021

Chhattisgarh) against the impugned judgment of

conviction and sentence dated 13.09.2021, is

pending consideration before this Court, which

has been filed through High Court Legal Aid

Committee and now the instant criminal appeal

i.e. CRA No.1635/2021 (S. Sunil vs. State of

Chhattisgarh) has been filed by the same

appellant­S. Sunil through Mr. Tarun Dansena,

learned counsel, against the same impugned

judgment.

3. Since firstly preferred criminal appeal i.e.

CRA No.1502/2021 filed by the present

appellant against the same impugned judgment

of conviction and sentence dated 13.09.2021 is

already pending consideration before this

Court, the instant criminal appeal i.e. CRA

No.1635/2021 is unnecessary and accordingly,

it stands disposed off.

4. Mr. Tarun Dansena, learned counsel, would be

entitled to appear in CRA No.1502/2021 and

argue on behalf of the appellant­S. Sunil

along with the other counsel before this Court

CRA No. 1635 of 2021

subject to filing of memo of appearance on

behalf of the present appellant.
