Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that during pendency of the appeal, respondent Nos 1 and 3 to 6 have expired therefore, he has filed I. A. No. 07, application for deleting the name of respondent Nos. 1 and 3 to 6 from the cause title. He would further submit that the dispute is related to the Trust, therefore there is no need to substitute the legal representative of the above said respondents, therefore, it is prayed that the application I.A. 07 may be allowed.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the appellant and the reason assigned in the application (I.A. No.07), the same is allowed. Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to delete the name of respondent Nos. 1 and 3 to 6 from the memo of appeal in the Court by today itself.
