Considering the judgment that have been passed by the Civil Court in favour of the petitioners vide Civil Suit no.110A of 2007 decided on 23.02.2010 which also stood affirmed by the First Appellate Court in Civil Appeal No. 119A/ 11 decided on 12.04.2012, prima facie a strong case for grant of interim relief has been made out.

Accordingly, till the next date of hearing, further proceedings before Sub Divisional Officer under Section 170 B of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code pertaining to the property situated at Khasra No.175/5 measuring 0.668 Hectares shall remain stayed until further orders.
