1. The present appeal i.e. CRA No.1603 of 2021 and previously

filed appeal CRA No.1517 of 2021 are arising out of the same

judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 11.12.2021

passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, FTSC

(POCSO Act), Balodabazar, C.G. in Special Criminal Case

(POCSO) No.50/2019. Previously filed appeal i.e. CRA No.1517

of 2021 has been preferred by the same appellant namely

Ramesh Kumar Yadav through his counsel namely Shri Aditya

Agrawal. Since two appeals against the same judgment of

conviction and order of sentence are not maintainable, in the

facts and circumstances of the case, the present appeal i.e. CRA

No. 1603 of 2021 is dismissed as not maintainable.
